Scope and agreement
These terms describe use of the Bisan For Computer And Electronics website. A software subscription or development project requires a separate written agreement specifying the contracting parties, scope, price, delivery, support, data handling, and applicable law. Browsing this website or requesting a demo does not create a paid subscription.
Quotes, pricing, and payment
Displayed prices are indicative starting prices in USD, not binding offers. Taxes, third-party charges, hosting, migration, and setup may be additional unless included in a written quote. There is no checkout on this site. Subscription billing cycles, cancellation, renewals, and refunds must be agreed in writing before purchase. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Projects and delivery
Work begins under an accepted written scope. Timelines depend on agreed requirements, access, approvals, and third-party services. Changes may require revised milestones and fees. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, pre-existing components, and source code are specified in the project agreement.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Customers are responsible for their users, lawful collection of their business data, and appropriate access permissions.
AI and messaging
AI features assist with work and may produce incomplete or incorrect results. They are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Messaging and other integrations depend on provider requirements, permissions, availability, and fees. Bisan does not guarantee provider approval or uninterrupted third-party service.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a useful website but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Product uptime, maintenance, backups, and support commitments apply only where included in a service agreement. Website previews use fictional sample data and may illustrate features whose availability depends on the plan and deployment.
Intellectual property
Bisan branding and original website materials remain with their respective owners. You may use this website to evaluate our services. You may not misrepresent ownership or reproduce our branding for an unrelated business. Customer data rights remain with the customer and other applicable rights holders.
Liability and disputes
Liability allocation, warranties, dispute resolution, and governing law for paid services are set out in the signed service agreement, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
