Who we are
Bisan For Computer And Electronics (“Bisan”, “we”) builds business software, including Dent Clinic Assistant. Contact us at kqasarweh@orapex.com about this notice or your information.
This website
This website does not offer account registration or process payments. The inquiry form prepares a message in your email application; it does not submit your entries to a Bisan website database. If you send the email, we receive your name, email address, and message and use them to respond, discuss your project, and maintain our business correspondence. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access time, for delivery and security.
Software and clinic information
Our business applications may process account details, staff roles, patient records, appointments, treatment information, invoices, and payments as needed for the contracted service. A clinic is responsible for its patient information and instructions to Bisan. The applicable service agreement should define processing roles, security measures, retention, providers, and export arrangements. This website is not a place to submit patient information.
Messaging and AI integrations
When enabled for a customer, messaging integrations may process phone numbers, profile names, message contents, timestamps, and delivery status to receive and respond to messages. AI features may send relevant questions and authorized business context to the AI provider configured for that service. Availability and processing depend on the customer's configuration and agreement. Do not send credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. AI outputs can be inaccurate and require human review.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be handled by the providers needed to deliver the service, such as hosting, email, messaging, and configured AI providers. Processing locations may differ from your location. Customer agreements should identify the applicable providers and transfer arrangements. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable contractual or legal requirements. Product retention and backup deletion schedules depend on the service agreement; there is no single retention period promised by this website. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing us. We may verify your identity and authority. For clinic-controlled records, contact the clinic first; Bisan can assist under its instructions. See data deletion instructions.
Fonts, cookies, and external links
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and request metadata. It contains no advertising or analytics scripts and sets no application cookies or local-storage identifiers. Email applications and linked services apply their own policies. See our cookie notice.
